Dilmah’s 47th School of Tea showed its global participants, From experiencing how traditional real tea is made with an immersive lesson in the cold mountains, to revolutionizing what tea can really do when cooked, paired, tasted, shaken and transformed... live and explicit. 7th -11th February 2017 marks the journey of how 140 hospitality professionals, tea aficionados and consumers returned to real tea, in all its epic glory. * Dilmah School of Tea is an accredited institution by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) - a network of over 10 million professional chefs worldwide.

The School of Tea participants were taken on a train ride followed by a walk through the estates and a trip to Dilmah’s Park Estate Green Tea Factory where they were given a taste of freshly produced green tea.

The School of Tea participants visit Dunkeld Estate where they were taken through the process of manufacturing, explored the estate and were able to see the work done by the MJF Charitable Foundation to help uplift the lives of the estate workers and their children.
